With over 24 years of experience in the UK property industry, I have built an extensive career specialising in property search & acquisition, sales, lettings, and management. My journey in real estate began in 2001, working as an estate agent across various firms before launching my own property acquisition business, Henry Sterling, in 2007.
Throughout my career, I have worked closely with high-net-worth individuals, investors, developers, and corporate clients, assisting them in purchasing and disposing of properties across London’s prime and emerging markets. My deep understanding of the UK property market and extensive industry network - including agents, developers, investors, lawyers, and financial institutions - have been instrumental in delivering successful outcomes for my clients.
After nearly 25 years in the industry, I was looking for a new challenge.
