Martin Spies

Martin Spies is a luxury real estate advisor at Nest Seekers International. He has more than 15 years of experience in retail and business management. Prior to working for Nest Seekers, he worked in the fitness industry as a General Manager for Equinox, in which he operated five luxury fitness clubs in New York City and London with monthly gross revenues of up to $2M and member bases of up to 7,000 members. He managed teams of up to 200 employees and led sales teams to continually exceed revenue goals. His experience working with high-net-worth clients combined with his personable, relatable demeanor equips him to bring the same exceptional customer experience to the real estate realm.

Originally from Pretoria, South Africa, Martin moved to Naples, Florida at the age of 11. He graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and lived in New York City for eight years. After getting married in Boracay Island, Philippines, he moved to London with his wife, Rachelle. They love exploring the latest and greatest foodie spots with their 4 year old son, Lukas, and their 2 year old daughter Sela. Martin is an active member of Westminster Chapel and loves running, fitness, and playing rugby and cricket. An avid traveler with a passion for discovering new places and cultures, he is passionate about helping potential buyers and sellers find their ideal properties as he services clients across London
