Matthew Pinnock is a licensed real estate professional in both New York and New Jersey with extensive experience in multifamily real estate investment, underwriting, and strategic deal execution. His background spans both brokerage and asset management, giving him a comprehensive understanding of property performance, valuation, and financing requirements.

In addition to acquiring and repositioning multifamily properties, Matthew has also personally owned and managed several units, giving him direct experience with the operational side of real estate—including leasing, maintenance oversight, and tenant relations. This hands-on management perspective strengthens his ability to identify viable assets and implement value-add strategies that align with both investor and lender expectations.

Matthew has also completed over 300 Broker Price Opinion (BPO) reports for national asset management companies, sharpening his ability to assess value, market dynamics, and risk from a data-driven and institutional lens.

His focus includes sourcing off-market multifamily opportunities, conducting in-depth cash flow and cap rate analyses, and coordinating with trusted contractors and professionals to maximize property performance. Currently, he is active in the Northern New Jersey and New York City markets, targeting income-producing properties with strong long-term upside.
