Nicole Kopec began working as an agent in 2016, and currently specializes in waterfront communities in Hudson county, as well as properties in Bergen and Essex counties. After graduating with honors from Montclair State University with a degree in Education and working in the customer service industry, entering real estate was a natural step for her. “I’ve always worked hard and efficiently,” Nicole says. “I’m thorough, knowledgeable, and experienced with superior marketing skills and reach.” In addition, Nicole and her husband are the investors and managers for properties near Jersey City, Hoboken, and Weehawken. Outside of work, Nicole and her husband love spending time with their one year-old baby girl. “We can be found strolling the waterfront, where we also reside, playing in the park, or at one of the local eateries,” Nicole says. “We're foodies and own restaurants downtown, in Jersey City, and in Hoboken.” Nicole loves traveling, Broadway shows, yoga, and serving on her building’s children’s and event committee.
