OLIVIA AUFFARTH

Olivia Auffarth is a New York native raised between Westchester and New York City, with real estate quite literally in her blood. Her father is a broker, and growing up around the industry gave her an early and genuine appreciation for what it means to help someone find the right space.

Before stepping into real estate full time, Olivia earned her degree in Marketing, with a specialization in luxury branding, from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, where she also served as President of the university's largest entrepreneurship club. She spent her early career working alongside founders and startups, learning how to move fast, think on her feet, and get things done.

Olivia joined Nest Seekers International because she wanted to combine her entrepreneurial energy with her passion for New York real estate. She specializes in luxury residential, new development, and investment properties across Manhattan and the greater New York area.
