Olivia Talbot

Born and raised outside of Annapolis, Maryland, Olivia ventured to Penn State University and graduated in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in public relations and international studies. She studied global relations for six months at Chiang Mai University’s School of Law in Thailand, sparking an ever-growing global mindset.

Following graduation, she moved to Bavaria and supported the Managing Director of Germany at The Bicester Collection, an assemblage of luxury shopping destinations throughout Europe and China. Olivia focused on project-management and learned the value of client-centricity.

Olivia moved to New York City during the pandemic and became the Executive Assistant to the co-owner of the New York Islanders, an NHL ice hockey team. Olivia strengthened her guest-centric mindset as she managed the Owners’ Suite following the opening of UBS Arena at Belmont Park, where she connected and fostered relationships with New York locals and high net worth individuals (HNWI).

Her hospitable nature brought her back to The Bicester Collection, when they began their first U.S. development, Belmont Park Village, next to UBS Arena at Belmont Park. Olivia manages the internal operations and runs the project’s sales center in Manhattan, where she supports in selling the Village to the world’s leading luxury retail brands and CEOs.

As a third generation in real estate, Olivia got her license to combine her understanding of hospitality, clienteling and sales and will use this knowledge to navigate the competitive world of New York City real estate.
