Pazit holds four academic degrees earned across three countries, including a Doctor of Education from Columbia University, an MBA in Media Management, and a BA in Art History. Her global academic experience, combined with her diverse professional journey, shapes her analytical mindset and refined understanding of lifestyle-driven real estate decisions.
Prior to real estate, Pazit held senior leadership roles at esteemed institutions such as the 92nd Street Y, the New York City Department of Health, Columbia University, and American Friends of Soroka Medical Center. In these roles, she collaborated closely with philanthropic leaders on strategic initiatives and development. She is also the founder of The Path to Impact, a boutique consultancy through which she has advised executives, led workshops, and taught on purposeful leadership and intentional living.
