With over thirty years experience in real estate, and finance, Philip is analytical, competitive, and a straightforward professional. He prides himself on the ability to see the world from the clients position which enables him to structure and execute transactions that support each of his clients goals.

When not working, Philip enjoys Crossfit, dining alone throughout the city, and travelling to Europe with family. He has also served on the Executive Committee of the Joe Namath Charitable Foundation raising funds for numerous children's charities and nuerological research.
