Ryan Kinser

Ryan is a new development and property management specialist and expert. With a client-centric
focus and with a deep knowledge of condominium operations, building budgeting, materials,
building functionality, and board processes, Ryan brings a unique speciality value for clients,
both buyers and sellers.

Ryan oversees assets in New York and Florida as head of property management at Jili. Most
recently prior to founding Jili, Ryan directed the property-management division of acclaimed
developer DDG and held various positions at the hotel investment and management company Mandarin

Oriental Hotel Group.

Born in Wisconsin and raised in places as diverse as Washington DC, New York, and Guantanamo
Bay, Cuba, Ryan’s upbringing afforded him extraordinary travel experiences as well as firsthand
knowledge of military-precision operations. He graduated from the Luter School of Business at
Christopher Newport University, and he is a Certified Manager of Community Associations as well
as an Association Management Specialist. Ryan is a member of the Community Associations
Institute and Institute of Real Estate Management.
