Samuel’s understanding of the luxury home market is rooted not only in his professional experience but also in his upbringing. Originally from Lawrence, Kansas, he grew up with a unique perspective on craftsmanship and architecture through his father, a master carpenter known for creating custom cabinetry and wine cellars for high-end homes throughout Kansas City and the surrounding region. Witnessing these remarkable spaces come to life instilled in him an early appreciation for thoughtful design and the details that define exceptional properties.
Before entering real estate, Samuel built his professional foundation in Manhattan’s fast-paced hospitality industry, managing restaurants in one of the city’s most demanding environments. The experience sharpened his instincts for service, attention to detail, and relationship building—skills that translate naturally into the client-focused world of luxury real estate.
Since moving to New York in 2016, Samuel has lived and worked across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the East End, giving him a broad understanding of the diverse lifestyles that define the region.
