Stelios earned a degree in Electrical Engineering from Farmingdale State College in 2009. Shortly thereafter, he discovered his true passion lay in the fast-paced and competitive world of real estate. With focus and determination, he transitioned into the industry and has since navigated the Greater New York City market with exceptional poise, energy, and strategic insight.
Throughout his career, Stelios has managed and overseen numerous residential and commercial properties across New York City. His experience spans 1031 exchanges, short sales, foreclosures, affordable housing, investment properties, and luxury assets. He specializes in new development rentals and sales and has successfully closed over $600 million in total sales volume.
