      Parallel to her design and development practice, Steph also manages seasonal luxury properties in the Hamptons, overseeing everything from tenant vetting and lease coordination to staffing and property maintenance—ensuring each home is guest-ready, year after year.

      Before transitioning to real estate and interiors, Steph built an accomplished career as a sales leader in the fashion industry, managing multimillion-dollar wholesale accounts with top retailers like Bloomingdale’s, Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, and Saks. Known for her ability to blend trend forecasting with strategic planning, she drove consistent revenue growth while building lasting partnerships across design, planning, and buying teams.
