Stephanie Schwed is a South Florida native who has a deep understanding of the local luxury real estate market and specializes in waterfront and equestrian properties, including residential sales, rentals, and investment properties.
Originally from Jupiter, Florida, Stephanie grew up competing in the small community of Wellington, the “equestrian capital of the world,” and found her passion for equestrian sports at a young age. As a competitive show jumper for more than 30 years, she has a keen understanding of the details that make these special properties stand out. Stephanie is proud to support the ESP Annual Series and is the new sponsor of the Junior Hunter Division.
Stephanie represents both buyers and sellers, bringing strategic insight and discretion to every transaction. She is often called upon to act as an owner’s representative on construction and renovation projects, where she oversees timelines, assembles vendors, manages contractors, and ensures her clients’ interests are protected from start to finish. She also provides select property management services, offering peace of mind to absentee owners and investors by maintaining the value and condition of their homes.
Prior to earning her real estate license, Stephanie worked as a show groomer and competitive jumper while working her way through law school. A born competitor, she successfully juggled the demands of law school while traveling the world to compete in top equestrian shows. This drive and determination have become central to her career in real estate and are the driving forces behind the impeccable client service she provides. In addition, her legal background gives her clients a competitive edge in today’s market.
A graduate of the University of North Florida, Stephanie majored in Political Science and Art History before continuing her studies by earning a Law degree. Active in her community, Stephanie has chaired and been on multiple committees for Old Bags Luncheon benefitting the Center for Family Services of Palm Beach County and Habitat for Humanity - Women Build. She has also joined forces with The Palm Event at Mar-a-Lago as a title sponsor benefitting Place of Hope for the last few years. In an effort to give back to the community that has given her so much, Stephanie is dedicated to serving and supporting the place that she calls home.
