Stephanie L. Stevens
Stephanie Stevens was born and raised in Southampton, NY. As a child, Stephanie had aspirations of being an attorney. Never in a million years did she think she'd stumble into the real estate industry, but you can't always predict where or when you'll discover what your're meant to do in life.
Stephanie was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that s what she did, and she works hard.
A graduate of Southampton High School in 1990. She received her BA in Political Science with a concentration in Legal Studies and Latin American Politics from Manhattanville College, Westchester, NY in 1995.
She really enjoys helping her clients find the right home and or investment property. With over 20 years of industry experience, Stephanie is excellent at listening to her clients needs to bring together the perfect buyers and sellers. As a Certified Resort and Second Property Specialist (RSPS), she has brokered over 30 resort and vacation home sales in her career. She works with both Buyers, Sellers, and developers from Brookhaven to Montauk.
As an experienced Property Manager, protecting her client's interests with a professional and caring eye for security, property maintenance, repairs and local property code issues. Stephanie's clients appreciate her recommendations on how to maintain and improve property value.
Stephanie is a member of LIBOR (Long Island Board of Realtors) and NAR (National Association of Relators) and a Licensed New York State Notary .
