Stephen Cerf has been working in real estate for the last ten years, primarily as an investor and property manager. As an agent, Stephen brings his decade of extensive knowledge on how to use real estate to maximize one's return on investment and generate passive income. In addition to his real estate investment, Stephen has been a Broadway performer for the last ten years working on shows including Jersey Boys, Motown the Musical, Spamalot, and Rock of Ages, to name a few. He is also a licensed General Contractor and co-owner of the home renovation company, Tailormade, located in NYC. In 2015, Stephen released his first book, "The Not So Starving Artist", a guide to finance and investing for performers, to help his coworkers better deal with the money they make as artists. He also served as the board president of a coop in Midtown Manhattan and oversaw a negotiation for the sale of the co-op's air rights. Stephen attended the Boston Conservatory in Boston, MA before moving to NYC in 2010. He currently lives in Brooklyn with his dog, Indy. In his free time, Stephen likes to make furniture, artwork, and talk about design and architecture. He loves NYC history and can often be found exploring the city's many unique neighborhoods.
