• Sports Teams and Elite Athletes: Collaborated with high-performance sports teams and
individual athletes to enhance psychological resilience and break through mental barriers,
leading to significant improvements in performance. Our success was recognised through a

• Educational Sector: Delivered impactful multimedia lectures over three consecutive years to
student midwives at Bradford University. Together with Mick Spencer, I developed specialised
