Passionate about the industry and finding success for each of her clients, Tatia Wetzel uses her international upbringing, her knowledge of markets, and her experience in management and sales to navigate the intricacies of New York City real estate. She is noted for her professionalism and drive, and she possesses a unique ability to connect with and understand people from different backgrounds and experiences.

Tatia’s previous careers in banking and sales—both in the US and her native Georgia—gave her skills that she relies upon heavily in real estate. She is an excellent negotiator and is comfortable managing processes as well as developing relationships. She continues to be excited by the pace and challenges that real estate has to offer, and she never gets tired of the satisfaction of helping someone find a home. She has worked with buyers and sellers all over the city but is beginning to focus on new developments and condos in Brooklyn.

When she isn’t in showings or doing research for a client, Tatia spends as much time as she can with her husband, and their two boys. And as a former ballerina, Tatia continues to be deeply involved with dance and the arts. Faith, family and friendship are very important to her.
