Taya Derun

A native New Yorker herself, Taya Derun is passionate about every aspect of NYC: hidden Tribeca cobblestone blocks, Soho artists’ lofts, Midtown skyscrapers, and charming Brooklyn Heights brownstones. Taya is an expert in luxury sales and rentals in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens.

An immense love of interior design, combined with a natural enthusiasm for helping people, led Taya to a career in real estate. Gregarious and genuine, Taya enjoys the challenge of guiding her clients in finding their dream home- be it their first purchase or their fifth investment property.

Prior to real estate, Taya sold private jet charters to some of North America’s most influential people and quickly understood that what set her apart in the business wasn't what product she could offer; rather, the unique experience she provided her clients. Taya possesses a knack for understanding and tailoring to her clients’ every request, which has served her well in luxury real estate.

When she’s not working, Taya enjoys boxing and hot yoga. Boxing helps improve her perseverance; while yoga keeps her mentally grounded. The combination of the two ignites her focus and commitment towards her friends, family, and clients.
