Tea Palić

Born and raised in Zagreb, Croatia, Tea brings international perspective, elite discipline, and refined luxury experience to real estate. As a former professional alpine skier who represented Croatia at the 2010 Winter Olympics, she developed resilience, focus, and a deep commitment to excellence that continues to guide her professional approach.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Global Business Management from Sierra Nevada College in Lake Tahoe, Nevada, and a Master’s degree in Management from the Faculty of Economics & Business in Zagreb. Following her athletic career, she built her professional path within the luxury sector, working with globally renowned luxury brands such as Rolex and Porsche, where she developed a strong understanding of premium service, discretion, and the expectations of international clientele.

Dividing her time between Zagreb and the Croatian coastline — particularly Poreč — she offers clients authentic local knowledge combined with a global outlook shaped by years of travel across North America and Europe. Fluent in English, German, and Slovenian, and conversational in Spanish, she works naturally with both local and international clients.
