Currently helping to manage more than $3B in active new development & luxury residential sales. The current portfolio spans Manhattan, Brooklyn, Long Island City, Hamptons, Los Angeles, Miami, London and beyond. Tim has provided both advisory and consulting services for some of the worlds leading real estate firms. Cultivating over 2 decades of experience with buyers, sellers & developers, Tim draws this experience to access some of the most exclusive properties around the world. When he's not connecting buyers & sellers or consulting on real estate projects, Tim enjoys surfing, teaching, nature & spending time with his family. Graduating with a B.B.A. in Finance & Real Estate with honors from Radford University. Tim is fluent in French with an ear for Spanish & Italian.
