- Demonstrated experience leading talent acquisition, supporting mergers, acquisitions and strategic partnerships within the Real Estate sector.
- Ability to assess market opportunities and develop strategic growth initiatives in a dynamic international environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
