The Role
We're looking to add spirited and dedicated agents to our SoHo, Eastside, and Westside offices in Manhattan.
Agents at Nest Seekers International are highly motivated individuals with the ability to drive new business, understand the global market impact on hyper local markets, develop longstanding relationships with clients, guide clientele through the renting, purchasing and sales process as well as understand financial market trends as it relates to consumer behavior and decision making. Since our inception, we have developed some of the most successful agents and teams in the world.
Requirements:
- Engage with buyers, sellers, and investors to understand their needs
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with incredible attention to detail
- Utilize the Nest Seekers intuitive dashboard to drive new business
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings across various channels
- Perform comparative market analyses to guide accurate listing prices and competitive offers
- Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering expert guidance to clients at every stage of the transaction
- Have an unwavering entrepreneurial spirit and desire for success
Qualifications:
- Two years of residential real estate experience preferred
- New York State real estate licensure in good standing
- Knowledge of real estate rental and sales process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
