THE INVESTMENT


There are three options of investment in this project for the Golden Visa:
280.000€, 320.000€ and 350.000€.

At this stage of the project, there are 95 'keys' available in the main building which is the Hotel and 54 independent units which are freehold units.

Investors are guaranteed a return on their investment from day 1 of the hotel's opening. Yield is guaranteed for 3% over the first 6 years, 18% in total. There is also an option to receive a 12% yield upfront.

After 6 years, the hotel management company guarantees the repurchase of the acquired unit, with 100% Capital Protection. There is also an option to hand over the unit for the Hotel operation, where an annual yield of 3% will be guaranteed.

During the operation you will be able to enjoy 7 days of annual courtesy stay. The maintenance of the flats is free during the first 6 years.

Each investor will also have the opportunity to be part of the plantation process and the income it provides. They will be able to enjoy the products produced on the plantation in the form of wine tasting at the “Tasting Room”, Make their own wine, and obtain income on an annual basis from the production.
