Marsa Al Arab is the latest ultra-luxury resort set to open in 2023. The project which has the design of a futuristic superyacht will mark a new epoch for the developer of Jumeirah Group, and architect Shaun Killa, completing the oceanic trilogy of Jumeirah, which also includes the wave-shaped Jumeirah Beach Hotel and the world famous sailboat-shaped Burj Al Arab hotel.
