The sale of the property includes the hotel real estate asset, the land, and the entire management of the hotel.

The Municipality of Cortina is in the process of allowing Hotel Mirage to build an extension of an additional 30% of its total volume. This permit is expected to be received by December 2023. This expansion will allow the new owner to build roughly an additional 30 new rooms while expanding the footprint of its existing reception, and spa and build a new wellness center while expanding the existing restaurant and kitchen.
