The London Terrace complex is comprised of 14 buildings and 1,665 apartments between Ninth and Tenth Avenue between West 23rd Street and West 24th Street.
The middle ten buildings, 415-455 West 23rd Street and 420-460 West 24th Street are rental buildings and are collectively called London Terrace Gardens. The four corner buildings have been converted to co-operative ownership and are called London Terrace Towers.
London Terrace contains a 75x35 foot indoor swimming pool and an interior courtyard garden extending the length of the complex.
