Flatbush, also known widely as Flatbush-Ditmas Park is a quickly growing neighborhood just south of Brooklyn’s historic Prospect Park. The neighborhood is marked by Parkside Avenue and Avenue H on the north and south, with Coney Island and New York avenues marking its western and eastern borders, respectively. Train acce3ss here is serviced by the B&Q trains on Flatbush Avenue and the 2&5 trains on Nostrand Avenue, giving residents less than an hour commute to Midtown Manhattan.

The area has a cultural mix of West Indian, Russian and Pakistani residents who enjoy proximity to Prospect Park, a popular landmark that is used for many different community events all-year round.
