Abigail is a cum laude graduate from Clemson University, where she studied consumer psychology and specialized in the research of stimulatory behaviors in children with autism. An empath at heart, Abigail has always been passionate about helping others - and that mentality has translated well into her career in real estate. Abigail takes a special interest in each of her clients, and prioritizes their needs over her own. She maneuvers each client relationship differently, paying attention to every detail. She never shies away from honesty, even when it is not the answer one was hoping for. Her genuine approach to real estate has been dubbed "refreshing" by many of her clients and peers.
While studying consumer psychology, Abigail realized the ability to persuade one's decisions through proper marketing. Her profound understanding of consumer marketing has helped her to acquire potential customers and retain current customers. Abigail tailors a specific marketing campaign for each client, calling careful attention to the unique design and architectural features of their property. By incorporating high tech design and social media to each marketing campaign, Abigail is able to breathe new life into her listings.
Abigail joined The Masters Division at Nest Seekers International at it's conception in the fall of 2021. She was quickly recognized by her strong work ethic, and was offered the position of the Director of Operations for the 14 person team. Handling everything from new development pricing, listing maintenance and team management to event planning and marketing/PR coordination - Abigail has worn many hats throughout her time with The Masters Division.
Abigail is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York. She volunteers with About U Outreach and The Elite V Showcase. She enjoys sailing in the summertime and reading by the fire in the winter.
