Benjamin is focussed on selling and finding prime central London real estate for clients for the best possible price. Through his 15 years of real estate and investment banking experience, his impressive network allows him to find and source off-market properties and access buyers from around the globe. As well as residential properties, Benjamin also deals in hotels worldwide including 5* hotels in Mykonos, Greece and Mombassa, Kenya.

“Property has always been my passion since I became an accidental landlord at 19 years old. I enjoy all the challenges each deal brings up, whether that’s finding the right marketing strategy, working with tight time constraints or finding off-market opportunities. My goal is always to make my clients lives' easier and make the process as stress-free as possible.”

Starting in property in 2006, Benjamin was fortunate enough to work with one of London’s top developers Paul Roshan for 4 years. In that time the company development 24 luxury apartments in super prime central London - Knightsbridge, Chelsea, Chelsea Harbour, Belgravia and Kensington.

“It was a great time to start in property because it was the height of the boom and prices were rising so quickly, the business could expand rapidly, which meant I had a lot of responsibilities from sourcing deals, financing, project management and property management. Importantly I learned valuable lessons due to the recession that soon followed”

After getting a degree in Economics, Finance and Management from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy, Benjamin went on to work in investment banking at Barclays for seven years, while maintaining and growing his own portfolio. He also has an interior design diploma from the National Design Academy
