From a family business in real estate, property, and architecture, Bianca emerged as a prodigious talent, obtaining her real estate license at 20 years of age. Hailing from the shores of Westhampton Beach, she embodies an innate understanding of the essence and potential of every property she encounters.

Bianca has a degree in Organizational Psychology and Human Relations from the City College of New York. Eager for a broader understanding of the human psyche in organizational settings, she moved to Amsterdam for 6 months, immersing herself in the study of Organizational Psychology at Vrije Universiteit.

Upon completion, Bianca continued to work as a real estate agent in Hamptons, New York. Bianca's thirst for knowledge in international real estate markets drew her to the heart of London, where she pursued an MSc Degree in International Real Estate from Kingston University Business School in Kingston Upon Thames. London's dynamic real estate landscape became her classroom for two years, providing her invaluable insights into one of the world's most diverse and fast-paced markets. This experience opened many opportunities abroad in Chamonix, France, and Barcelona, Spain, for client and company meetings with CBRE, Urban Input, Cushman and Wakefield, and Nest City Labs.

Bianca's professional journey took a turn towards academia and research as she assumed the role of Project Manager and Researcher at Kingston University Business School. Here, her expertise blossomed in areas of regenerative design, community dynamics, commercial real estate, property investment analysis, and valuation theory, further enriching her holistic understanding of real estate dynamics.

Armed with a global perspective and a wealth of knowledge, Bianca returned to her roots in New York, bringing with her a wealth of experience garnered from diverse real estate landscapes. Her portfolio includes a comprehensive understanding of London's vibrant property market, an intimate knowledge of the alluring Chamonix, France, real estate sector, and a deep-seated familiarity with the illustrious Hamptons, North Fork, and New York City real estate markets.
