David belongs to a family of property developers who have been building in Portugal since the 60's.
Born in Paris he started to accompany his father in his constructions in luxury places like Quinta da Marinha in cascais since the 80s.
Over the years he himself began to develop projects all over Lisbon and as a businessman he opened a restaurant in the Cascais area.
With the knowledge acquired in the luxury real estate market over the years and having a vast network, he found a new vocation in real estate consulting.
Apart from real estate, he loves to travel, snow sports, spend time at his beach house in the Algarve and at his country house in central Portugal.
