Donna DeStefano

Donna grew up a block away from the beach at the Jersey Shore in Monmouth County. Being a beach club baby herself and loving all that Monmouth and Ocean counties have to offer, she specializes in finding properties for clients who love living at or close to the beach in Monmouth and Ocean Counties

Donna has a background in building, design and staging. She has the expertise to help you get your home "listing ready" by helping you with staging your home to show in the best possible light.

Donna previously held a position as the Director of Community Relations for RWJ Barnabas Health, Institute for Prevention and Recovery. She's skilled in advertising, marketing and sales. She's well-connected, an aggressive networker with a strong background in advertising, community and public relations, advocacy, development, marketing and political agenda’s.

In 2010, Donna founded a not for profit for the prevention of drug abuse. In 2012, she was appointed by Governor Christie and unanimously approved by the state senate as a Special State Officer, 2nd Vice Co-Chair and Public Member of the GCADA (Governor's Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse) She's still serving today.

She's married to her husband Brian who's a contractor and currently lives in Ocean County. With so many things to do and places to go at the Jersey Shore, she happily raised her own 3 daughters here. Donna really enjoys a mediterranean styled gourmet kitchen as she is an accomplished chef and cookbook author.
