After 5 years serving as a property manager of luxury vacation rentals, Francesca set her sights on the eclectic residential market of Long Island City. Since then, her interest in real estate has blossomed into other areas of the NYC residential market where she enjoys handling the gamut of clients' needs, from rentals to purchases and sales. Francesca’s passion for real estate investing helps her to guide clients through every transaction with grace and ease.

Her experience in residential sales and property rehabilitation offer invaluable insight when it comes to successfully seeing deals from inception to closing. Whether working with buyers or sellers, Francesca is an enthusiastic advocate for all of her clients. Francesca's particular professional interests lie in the vibrant markets of Long Island City, Manhattan, and Brooklyn. A resident of LIC, she enjoys everything there is about the neighborhood, and is extremely knowledgeable and curious about the other diverse communities her clients wish to call their home. Getting to know people's specific wants and needs and gearing her research around that helps her acquire the right information and best housing options.

Raised on Long Island, Francesca lived in beautiful Hawaii for eight years where she worked in education, as well as the travel industry. She started gradually transitioning back to New York several years ago as she missed her hometown area. Francesca loves to travel and absorb different cultures. She also enjoys eating her way around NYC trying new restaurants and an eclectic mix of cuisines.
