George is a Civil Engineer holding a Master's degree, MSc Management in Construction from KINGSTON UNIVERSITY (U.K.).

With studies in "Human Resource Management" he has been running a Technical Office for several years in Athens area, and in Crete specifically in the Prefecture of Chania.

He is a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker.

He is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece.(Τ.Ε.Ε.)

-He has deal with the issuance of building permits, studies, supervision and construction of houses, shops, craft spaces, hotels, etc.

George has issued many Building Permits, for houses, shops, change of use of real estate, Mixed Construction of Warehouses. As a result, he knows the Legislation for the issuance of building permits quite well.

-He has collaborated with Mechanical Engineers, Surveyors, Electrical Engineers, Structural Engineers, Architects. He has worked with Hellenic Tourist Properties (E.T.A. S.A.), in the Technical Directorate Project.

Execution Unit-Technical monitoring of investment projects, such as the progress of work in large hotel units, such as, Xenia Nafplio, Parnitha (Mont Parnes), marinas, such as Zeas, ski resorts, Parnassos etc.

-He has also collaborated with the company REALTY (REAL-ESTATE) member of the INTERAMERICAN group, with brokers in most parts of Greece, such as Crete, Corfu, Peloponnese, etc..

He has collaborated with construction companies in the field of holiday residences in Athens, Peloponnese and Crete Island.

He has attended seminars related to "REAL-ESTATE". Such as the company "MULTIFINANCE.S.A.", with topics: PROCEDURE FOR INSPECTION & PURCHASE OF REAL ESTATE, LEGAL ISSUES, REAL ESTATE VALUATION, FINANCING & EXPLOITATION METHODS, CONTRACTS.

He has dealt with the restoration and reconstruction of old traditional buildings.

-Furthermore, he has dealt with the European Development Programs and the integration of tourist units into the above programs.

During the period 1993-1994, He was responsible for finding a suitable building for the creation and housing of a Medical Center in Romania (Bucharest), and the monitoring and supervision of the construction works on behalf of a group of Greek investors.The above Medical Center was acquired and later joined the Inter-Balkan Medical Center.

-In addition to architectural expertise,he has extensive work experience in real estate development and construction estimating and management.

-During the years 1995 to 1999, he was the owner of the platform for renting houses and villas in Greece, Italy, Cyprus, Turkey entitled [gr-holidays.com], then it was acquired by a large English Tourist Agency, Thomson Travel, which was then acquired by the German company T.U.I.

During the period 1997-1998 collaborated with the company "ALFA URBAN REAL ESTATE" to find accommodation for the hospitality of the visitors of the Olympic Games
