Georgi has been a part of the Nest Seekers family for over a year and is passionate about helping clients take the next step in their homeownership journey. As a part of the Masters Division, Georgi helps manage over $10B in pipeline and active new development sales inventory for Nest Seekers Development Marketing. She has handled the sellout for HERO at 24-16 Queens Plaza South, is currently managing rentals at The Monaco in midtown Manhattan and other projects in Brooklyn and Queens. Working with one of NY’s top brokers, Bianca D’Alessio is a highly-respected broker, is consistently ranked in the top 5% company-wide, and is most notably known for handling the sellouts for Austin Nichols House at 184 Kent Avenue, Skyline Tower at 3 Court Square West, HERO at 24-16 Queens Plaza South, 868 Lorimer on the Park,145 Carroll Gardens, 537 Lorimer Street and 505 Clinton Avenue.

Prior to her career in real estate, Georgi worked as a stage manager in professional theater and events for 10 years in Southern California, New York and London. She got her BFA in Stage Management from Syracuse University. Her tools and skills transfer beautifully into real estate.
When she isn't in the office, you'll often find her enjoying time with friends and family, attending theater productions, cooking, baking and traveling. She is an avid elephant enthusiast, dog lover, podcast listener, and volunteer.
