Hellen Portillo has been in the real estate field for over 6 years and has profound experience and knowledge to assist those needing a real estate professional. Hellen has been a part of the Nest Seekers team for a little over 3 years. Coming on board as an administrator and assisting all agents, whether new or seasoned, has helped her excel in her real estate career. Having a team of professionals on her side and also having the drive to successfully help all with real estate needs, has given her the necessary tools and skills to be able to help her clients in a professional and efficient manner.

Balancing her administrator duties and also starting to kick off her real estate career, Hellen has been able to help many purchase and rent in NJ. Having the skill to break down the home selling/renting process to first time buyers/tenants to make their experience as stress free as possible without feeling like they’re going through the process blindly. Also with having experience being behind the scenes and helping agents with listings has given her the leverage of helping sellers by knowing every little step in the process & knowing what she’s able to bring to the table to get the job done on getting the home sold or rented.

Hellen has been able to quickly develop strong negotiating skills, know effective marketing skills that will generate real results and be able to provide vast real estate information to make sure to assist all to the best of her abilities. Hellen grew up in Hudson, Bergen county and went to college in Essex county; making her highly familiar with the North Jersey area as it is home to her.

Hellen went to Montclair State University where she studied Anthropology and Spanish which has helped her even more in her Real Estate career to better negotiate business matters and perfecting her Spanish to be able to assist her Spanish speaking clients with complete ease. Hellen takes pride in making sure her clients know they are in good hands with the services and information she is able to provide.
