Akiko Osaka has worked at sizable corporations and built strong clientele. She was attracted to real estate field through meeting and working with New Yorkers, and decided to challenge herself to become an agent to provide their dream homes and offices to her clients. Soon, she started working with real estate developers, worked in residential and commercial firms. She has developed and established strong clientele through working with major corporations, their executives, to find their corporate housings, and also built affluent clients for their homes/investment properties. She has high volume of clients w/ great review and reputations, and now works mostly referral-basis.

Akiko handles condos, townhouses, multi-families, mixed use buildings, coops, condops and development sites that are all a part of her immense sales portfolio. Akiko's insights on the sellers and buyers needs and her extensive market knowledge enable the clients she works with to maximize the profit on their investments.

She is in the real estate industry since 2008. Having lived in various neighborhoods of New York City for 20 years, Manhattan, Long Island City, Westchester, and Long Island - Akiko knows the City and Suburbs, and all its nooks and crannies, inside and out.

She loves to play piano, cook and exercise. She is fluent in Japanese, and speaks conversational Spanish.
