Jackie Fazendin

Jackie Fazendin was raised in both Wayzata, Minnesota and Summit County Colorado. Her Grandmother moved to Summit County in 1973 where she established a presence for her family until present day. Jackie's Father, Allan Fazendin had a leading luxury custom home building company in the county for over 20 years. Jackie's family has been in the real estate industry for over 65 years. You could say this is where she gets her knowledge of expertly crafted custom homes and passion for the real estate industry!

Being a lifelong resident of the Summit County area, she is extremely familiar with the region and all of the opportunities that each area provides. She loves to share her knowledge: past, present and future with her clients to help them acclimate quickly to their new home whether it be their primary or vacation residence. One of her nicknames is Tour Guide because she constantly teaches her friends and clients little "secrets" about the county.

Jackie takes pride in working with her clients and is authentic and available throughout the entire process. She understands the process can seem overwhelming and is committed to ensuring the home selling and buying process is smooth and successful taking on all her clients needs down to the very last details.
