Jacob began his real estate journey as a proud graduate of The Connecticut Real Estate Institute, earning his Connecticut Real Estate Salesperson license and quickly becoming a member of the National Association of REALTORS®. He went on to make history at K. Fortuna Realty, Inc. in New York by becoming the brokerage’s first Connecticut licensee.

Entering the industry at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Jacob demonstrated remarkable resilience. As New Yorkers and Bostonians sought refuge in Connecticut’s more residential lifestyle, he found himself representing primarily buyers in one of the most competitive markets in recent history. From all-cash offers and waived contingencies to sight-unseen purchases and bidding wars with 20+ offers, Jacob not only navigated the chaos—he thrived. Over the past five years, he has closed over $8 million in residential sales and earned recognition as a Top 15 Agent by Fast Expert’s Top Selling Real Estate Agents in Naugatuck (2023, 2025), Niantic (2024), and Seymour (2025).

After years of frequent visits to California, Jacob chose to make his lifelong dream a reality by relocating to the Golden State.
