With a diverse background encompassing Christian ministry and real estate expertise, James Rocks brings a unique blend of skills to his role as a Professional Real Estate Broker. Originally hailing from Cheltenham, UK, James holds an Honour Degree in Theological Studies from Trinity College Bristol/University of Bristol and is ordained as a minister in the Anglican Church. Relocating to Florianópolis in 2015, he founded a thriving church community while simultaneously immersing himself in the local real estate market.

Now based in Santa Catarina, James leverages his extensive knowledge of the area to assist clients in finding their ideal home or investment opportunity. Beyond his role as a realtor, James also lends his expertise to the commercial and marketing team at FG Empreendimentos, a prominent developer responsible for Brazil’s tallest and most luxurious buildings. Fluent in both English and Portuguese, James is adept at bridging cultural and linguistic barriers to deliver exceptional service to his clients.
