Jamie is a true Londoner, born and raised here before going to Clifton College boarding school to take his GCSEs and A-levels.
Real Estate runs in Jamie's family, who have invested in multiple commercial properties, leading him to take interest from a very young age.
Starting his career in St. John’s Wood and Hampstead 15years ago as an agent, he then decided to travel around the Caribbean and the Mediterranean on cruise ships while working as an entertainment manager. Jamie has always been a very personable character. Good at connecting with clients and enjoys being social.
Jamie was then headhunted into a sizeable Financial Headhunting company, who moved him from London to New York, where he lived for five years. Working with Hedge Funds and Venture-backed Technology firms to find them C-suite talent.
As Real Estate was still his passion, he took a weekend job helping at a NY Real Estate firm to connect buyers and sellers, as he worked closely with Hedge Funds and Private Equity community headhunting it made connecting people easy especially for investment properties.
Jamie has continued working in the tech finance industry since coming back to London four years ago and remains in contact with capital investors, real estate attorneys, bankers, hedge funds, global wealth managers, international developers, venture capitalists, and entrepreneurs worldwide.
Jamie has a reputation for thinking outside of the box, being a total property geek, and for his persistence. This, coupled with his determination and ability to matchmake in business, has led to many referrals and worldwide friendships.
Outside of work, Jamie is currently planning on setting up a charity to help young people with disabilities get jobs in start-up technology companies. He is now married to an amazing wife called Lauren living in London and they have a beautiful dog called Fifi, who you'll get to know on his Instagram. Follow him @JSMprimeproperty . He loves to travel, as well as SoulCycle, and most of all he is a Sushi and burgers fanatic.
