JB Andreassi , a life-long resident of Southampton, understands the value of Real Estate. Born to one of the founding fathers of Hamptons luxury residential , J.B. was exposed to and developed a deep passion for designing and building from a very early age. J Andreassi , (his father), is a local developer, who has built a multitude of homes and commercial sites since the early 90's. JB is now a co-principal in the residential luxury development company called Andreassi Development- helping to secure financing as well as deriving design concepts that help relate to the modern day buyer.
As a graduate of Dartmouth College , and a graduate of the Tuck Bridge School of Business program, J.B. takes an in depth, analytical approach to all of his business transactions. His love of the twin relationships between building and selling would come after college. In J.B.'s earlier career, he worked for four years at the National Hockey League. As part of the business development team, he was responsible for tens of millions of dollars of corporate partnership assets. In 2016, he left the League to join the Related Management Group. As an employee of one of the biggest Real Estate development firms in the world, J.B. gained invaluable Real Estate knowledge about selling and development in the Washington D.C. and Manhattan markets.
After a successful year and a half with Related Management Group, he decided that it was time to return home to be closer to his family. Just as important however, was finding a position within a Real Estate group that represented his values and beliefs and shared in his desire to help individuals make their dream of being a Hamptons home owner, a reality. Nest Seekers International was the obvious choice. Trust, diligence and accountability are the most important items when it comes to representing a client and transacting on their behalf.
