Johanna Lehmann
Real Estate Consultant
Via Andrea Appiani, 25, 20121 Milano MI, Italy

Born and raised in Munich, Johanna developed an early affinity for culture and design that took her across Europe, from her formative years at a classical boarding school in northern Italy to her
Master's degree in Architecture in Milan, one of the world's leading design institutions.

She launched her career at the studio of the world-renowned, Pritzker Prize–winning architect Francis Kéré, where she held responsibility for project management and architectural leadership across a portfolio of internationally acclaimed cultural and humanitarian projects in Africa, India, Europe, and the United States. Working closely with governments, philanthropic foundations, and institutional clients at the highest levels, she gained rare expertise in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments with both precision and discretion across some of the world's most demanding contexts.

Following the passing of her mother, Johanna took over the family's established real estate firm in Germany, evolving it into the multidisciplinary practice Lehmann & Friends. From an early age
she was immersed in the world of entrepreneurship, building trusted relationships with some of the most influential figures in the DACH region. In this capacity, she advised ultra-high-net-worth clients on the acquisition of exceptional properties across Munich, Sardinia, and Forte dei Marmi, naturally extending her service to include full renovation oversight, guiding projects from concept through delivery. Alongside this, she won a national architectural competition for the Bambi Kinderhaus, a flagship philanthropic project of the Tribute to Bambi Stiftung, an initiative of Hubert Burda Media, one of Germany's largest publishing houses.

Fluent in German, Italian, and English, Johanna brings a genuinely international perspective and a deeply personalised approach to every client relationship accompanying clients across borders and remaining a trusted point of contact at every stage of their journey.

For Johanna, Italy is not a market, it is home. Having lived, studied, and built deep personal roots here over many years, she brings an intimacy to her work that goes far beyond professional expertise. Now with Nest Seekers International across Milan and Genova, she acts as a trusted confidante to a clientele who value discretion, taste, and long-term relationships. Her greatest satisfaction lies in bridging two worlds; the sensibility of her Central European clients and the singular elegant beauty of Italian living and finding the place where those two worlds meet perfectly.
