Jorge and his team serve the Connecticut & Boston market. About 95% of Jorge’s business comes from repeat and referral clients, a truly impressive number that speaks to the level of trust he inspires. “My clients almost always end up sending me a referral or two—or even more—afterwards,” Jorge says, “because they’re satisfied with the way I do business. I’m honest, which my clients find helpful, and they also appreciate that we continue with follow-up after the sale.”
With such a referral-based business, staying in touch is important. “We don’t just follow up, we follow through and follow back,” Jorge explains. In addition to a monthly email newsletter that keeps past clients updated, he also reaches out personally to check in. “I’ll text or call to see how everything is going,” Jorge says, “and whether they need assistance with anything. Our clients become our friends.” Community involvement is important to Jorge and his team, and they support the Boys and Girls Club. They also work to educate kids in the community on business and management from an early age. When he is not working or giving back, Jorge loves to spend as much time with his family as possible, and also enjoys traveling.
