Josh is a licensed Real Estate Broker in New York & New Jersey. Prior to joining NestSeekers International, Josh was the founder and CEO of Weinman International Real Estate, Inc., a real estate firm that specialized in boutique, high touch real estate and relocation services. Josh has also held Management & Business Development positions at some of the industry's most prominent Real Estate firms, where he successfully scaled business units, improved processes, recruited agents and trained agents on best practices and compliance. Since entering Real Estate in 1998, Josh’s Mission was and remains providing unparalleled service and undivided attention to those in search of a High-Touch, Boutique and personalized real estate experience.

Sharing his expertise and knowledge of the New York/New Jersey market, Josh strives to make each of his client's experience more than a Real Estate transaction. Through extensive and clear communication, Josh services his clients by fully educating them to the market.
