Justin Anthony Sherratt has over 25 years of experience in traditional and online marketing, technology, education, film and real estate. A true citizen of the world, he was born in Canada but grew up in Massachusetts where he attended The Fessenden School and Deerfield Academy while living abroad for periods in Europe, Mexico, Canada, Asia and Australia. Justin built the e-commerce and online marketing for his father’s nutraceutical business before he had graduated university while also working at 3 different advertising agencies. He has helped produce award-winning short films and taught cinematography at NYFA, co-launched the Blue Jay Syndicate, Johns Hopkins’ first Alumni Angel group, and has successfully launched multiple startups, Ninjafinder (creative recruiting), Sortbox (small business applicant tracking), and Pitchtutor (interactive video-based sales training). He has been an active mentor at Founder Institute where he was consistently ranked in the top 10% of all NYC mentors, and as co-director of Founder Institute NY, he mentored the launch of Fund that Flip. Real estate runs in the blood for Justin, his father having run a real estate investment company, his grandfather having been a real estate solicitor/barrister, and his brother being a MA broker and attorney. Justin was a multi-episode guest on Netflix’s Million Dollar Beach House. He is an avid traveller, outdoorsman, and photographer who has lived and worked in Miami, Mexico City, Boston, LA, San Francisco, London, Kuala Lumpur and NYC as well as having travelled to 48 states. Justin holds a BA from Johns Hopkins University in International Relations with a focus on Political Economics and a MA from the Metropolitan University of London in Filmmaking.
