Kristine Yagudayev

Kristine Yagudayev is a New York City native with an unparalleled dedication to client service. She began her career in the industry as a property manager and has since expanded her skills to encompass sales, marketing, and leasing.

Kristine developed an early interest in entrepreneurship and real estate through social media, and has since entered the space, developing her own short term rental business. Her passion for real estate has since gone viral, driving her ventures to grow two fold year on year. Kristine has a natural propensity for customer service and recognizes her client's preferences for a property intuitively. She realizes that it is the little things that count, which is why she focuses on details to ensure that her clients are taken care of.

Kristine has obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Queens College, and will pursue graduate study to deepen her education in the area.
