Marc Kaufman is a co-founder at Wexler Lehrer & Kaufman PLLC. Marc specializes in representing buyers and sellers in commercial and residential real estate transactions. Additionally, Marc provides counsel to public and private lenders, as well as borrowers, in connection with commercial and residential real estate loans, loan refinancing, loan modification, construction loans and lines of credit. Marc’s wealth of experience has given him a unique ability to effectively draft legal documents, clear abstract issues and close any real estate transaction.
Marc received his B.A. in political science and philosophy from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 2003 and his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law in 2007.
