Megan Megale

Megan hails from a rare back round, proving her to be a forceful advocate for any client. Working under the direction of The Serhant team, Megan will assist clients interested in properties in The Hampton’s.

Most recently, as the former President of a New York Public Relations firm, creative thinking, communication and negotiating, are innate in how she approaches her business. Overseeing the communications for corporations, professional athletes and celebrities, as well as the multi million dollar charitable project she created in a children’s series written by her daughter called “Marvelous Mercer.”

“The goals of real estate are very similar to the goals of public relations. You have to understand what the assets of the home are and how they are relevant to the needs of the client. Whether buying or selling, the process has to make sense from an emotional platform first, then from a financial one, not the other way around.”

The entirety of Megan’s experience resides with Fortune 500 companies. Proudly boasting twenty two years in medical sales for Johnson and Johnson, and the elite Genzyme Genetics allowed her to privilege of being trained in sales by some of the most respected organizations in the world.

Megan resides in the Hampton’s and has a long family history in the Town of Southampton.

Her husband Larry is a member of the Morgan Stanley Wealth Management team in New York, and Megan has three teenager’s which she attests was the schooling for her impeccable crisis management skills.
