Born and raised in Queens, As a former Union Construction worker, Michael is proud to be apart of this ever growing city and has generated experience in Manhattan and on Long Island, That make him extremely qualified to transact in any situation.
Michael has an extensive knowledge of plumbing and gas systems as a former construction Foreman he can give keen insight when buying or selling. Mike is also a consumer himself, With a portfolio of five investment properties worth over 5 million dollars.
As an owner, he is keen in dealing with numerous tenants and can navigate all situations. He understands the ins and outs of the business. The first property coming at age 23, Through hard work and extensive research he found the right properties and he will follow the same process for you!
Willing to take on any task and very proud of his roots, giving his experience. Michael is a proud student of Baruch College on 23rd and Lexington, where he rides the Manhattan bound F train to class everyday. But most importantly, Michael serves as a mentor for children throughout New York City and is an advocate for Food Allergy Awareness and is an active member of several non-profit organizations, specifically, Multi-Cultural Youth Arts Program.
Music, sports, fashion, cooking, and most of all eating are a few things that define Mikes lifestyle outside of Real Estate. You can find Mike on the beach and always surrounded by family when not working.
